59 years ago, we purchased a vast 80 Acre piece of land adjacent to Jubilee Hills on the way to HITEC City with a vision to develop the area into a grand residential layout. The layout was successfully prepared in the year 1988 and named the HUDA layout, post when construction of these residential projects began.
The place has become one of the most popular locations in Hyderabad today and is now famously known as Kavuri Hills. The location is an extremely strategic one and the property prices here have rapidly witnessed drastic appreciations!
